Senior Software Development Engineer, Payload SW, System Test Automation and Regression

What you'll do

• Architect and develop automated test frameworks for end-to-end validation of satellite communication systems.
• Define test strategies based on deep technical knowledge of payload software architecture and signal processing.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline architecture to trigger automated regression suites for every software change.
• Design complex test sequences to synchronize equipment and services across multiple hardware and software layers.
• Build scalable automation solutions to reduce manual testing effort and accelerate production release cycles.
• Create dashboards and monitoring tools to track system health, test pass rates, and data integrity.
• Analyze test results to identify systemic failure patterns and drive architectural improvements for reliability.
• Mentor engineers on coding standards, design patterns, and technical best practices through code reviews.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• 5+ years of programming experience using a modern language such as Java, C++, or C#.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience excluding internships.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• 3+ years of experience building test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
