What we're looking for

6+ years of experience developing software and distributed services using Golang, C#, Java, C, or similar object-oriented languages.
6+ years of experience designing and integrating APIs using REST, Swagger, JSON, and Git-based workflows.
6+ years of experience working with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, for data modeling and performance tuning.
Experience leading technical design discussions and guiding other developers without direct people management responsibility.
Experience using AI-driven development practices to improve engineering efficiency or code quality.
Experience developing software for cloud-based SaaS platforms (preferred).
Experience working with core banking platforms, including Finxact (preferred).
Experience supporting partner implementations in regulated financial services environments (preferred).
Experience with automated testing frameworks, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices (preferred).
