Senior Software Development Engineer, Developer Productivity

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver end-to-end infrastructure systems for Photoshop's CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms.
• Build an AI Factory automation layer using LLMs to auto-diagnose failures and generate remediation suggestions.
• Design and operate cloud-based CI capacity on AWS, including Mac EC2 instances and auto-scaling groups.
• Develop automated systems to triage failures, predict flaky tests, and eliminate manual operational toil.
• Establish code standards and patterns for pipeline tooling using Go, Python, and Groovy.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor peers on CI/CD best practices and AWS infrastructure.
• Influence cross-team engineering standards for AI Factory and cloud infrastructure across the broader Adobe community.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of software development experience with a deep focus on CI/CD, build systems, or developer infrastructure platforms.
• Proven track record of designing, documenting, and delivering complex infrastructure systems from scratch through production.
• Hands-on experience operating CI/CD systems on AWS, including EC2 (Mac instances), IAM, S3, Auto Scaling, VPC, and cost management.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML tools to automate operational decisions like failure classification, anomaly detection, or self-remediation.
• Proficiency in Python and GO/Shell for production tooling.
• Deep experience with multi-platform build systems for Windows and macOS.
• Experience mentoring engineers and growing technical capabilities in others.
• Experience building AI-driven developer tooling such as intelligent triage systems or auto-remediation bots (preferred).
