What we're looking for

5+ years of backend/server-side engineering experience, primarily with Node.js.
3+ years of experience designing and implementing services.
2+ years of experience building distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design (preferred).
Hands-on experience with feature flags, caching strategies, CI/CD, AWS services, and microservice architectures (preferred).
Familiarity with automated testing practices, software architecture, and infrastructure fundamentals (preferred).
Demonstrated technical leadership, agile collaboration, and experience with domain-driven design (preferred).
