What you'll do

Define and execute technology strategy for enterprise initiatives including digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Lead the migration of legacy monolithic platforms into distributed, containerized architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and agentic workflows.
Create reusable architectural patterns, foundational frameworks, and development accelerators to improve team productivity.
Provide technical leadership and consulting to multiple development teams across various programs.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations for executive stakeholders and partners.
Mentor architects and developers while fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.

What we're looking for

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale distributed applications using .NET Core.
Proven success architecting and delivering microservices-based solutions in enterprise environments.
Proficiency with .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, SOLID design, and distributed systems.
Experience designing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and agentic workflows.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
