What you'll do

Define and drive solution and application architecture strategy across multiple business initiatives and delivery teams.
Architect secure, scalable, and cloud-ready enterprise applications using .NET and modern frameworks.
Lead modernization efforts to migrate legacy systems to distributed, cloud-native architectures.
Design and implement microservices-based solutions using Domain-Driven Design and containerized platforms like Kubernetes.
Architect event-driven systems leveraging Kafka or similar streaming technologies for high-volume transaction processing.
Define AI architecture strategies using Large Language Models, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Create reusable architectural patterns, foundational frameworks, and development accelerators to promote consistency.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, developers, and engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture roles (preferred).
8+ years of industry-relevant experience (preferred).
Deep expertise in .NET, cloud architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems.
Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and machine learning technologies.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and Kafka or comparable messaging platforms (preferred).
Experience architecting secure, scalable, cloud-native applications and distributed systems (preferred).
Experience with Python (preferred).
