What you'll do

Serve as primary owner for the reliability and performance of production services in GovCloud.
Deploy, maintain, and improve production services while ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.
Define and operate reliability practices including SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and production readiness reviews.
Build automation to enhance deployment safety, operational efficiency, and incident response capabilities.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and observability across supported services for better system health.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
Deep understanding of reliability engineering principles, including SLOs/SLIs and observability.
Experience operating customer-facing production services in large-scale cloud environments.
Strong skills in developing automation using Python, Go, Java, Bash, or similar languages.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other public cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Understanding of security, compliance, and operational risk management in production.
