What you'll do

Maintain and administer Microsoft SharePoint servers, including daily monitoring and troubleshooting.
Install and configure SharePoint software and related components at the server level.
Customize SharePoint to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other applications.
Execute content migration from existing infrastructure to new Windows Server environments.
Ensure SharePoint solutions comply with cybersecurity standards and DISA STIG guidelines.

What we're looking for

8+ years of relevant SharePoint administration experience or equivalent education and experience.
Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019, migration to Windows Server 2019, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM) and related technologies like Active Directory and Azure AD.
Experience with scripting/automation, troubleshooting in a growing environment, and log reviews for incident analysis.
In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management policies and tools, and compliance with DISA STIGs.
DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP).
Excellent oral and written communication skills for working independently and in a team environment.
