What you'll do
- Provide technical support and administration for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
- Develop and maintain custom Power Platform solutions using tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Resolve Tier 1–3 incidents and operational issues in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Design and manage SharePoint Site Collections, including permissions and governance.
- Monitor SharePoint environment health and performance to ensure stability.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel to maintain compliance with DoD policies.
What we're looking for
- Requires Bachelors degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years.
- Must have active DoD Secret clearance.
- Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, React JS, VS Code.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience administering SharePoint Online within enterprise or government environments.
- Utilizes BMC Helix, Remedy, or ServiceNow ticketing systems for incident management.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
