Senior Manager, Endpoint Management

What you'll do

• Define and execute the enterprise endpoint management strategy for multiple platforms.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of modern endpoint management technologies.
• Drive cloud-native management initiatives and ensure operational excellence in a large environment.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement compliance requirements and security controls.
• Establish standards for device provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment.
• Oversee endpoint operations supporting 35k+ endpoints, ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Mentor and develop high-performing team of endpoint engineers and administrators.

What we're looking for

• Deep expertise in multi-platform modern endpoint management including cloud native and virtualization.
• Proven leadership managing enterprise-scale endpoint engineering teams with over 20k endpoints.
• Experience leading endpoint modernization initiatives and driving cloud management adoption.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex endpoint migrations in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf Pro, and Azure Virtual Desktops.
