What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Extensive knowledge of Citrix technologies including XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler, and StoreFront.
  • Experience managing Microsoft M365 Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD) and conducting system upgrades.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management software like ServiceNow and IC IT standards.
  • Strong scripting/automation skills and incident/trend analysis capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination thereof.
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • DoDM 8140.03 (IT System Admin Intermediate) certification such as Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher.
