The Senior Services Compliance Manager, Apple Services leads a senior team responsible for driving strategic China regulatory and compliance work within the Services organization. The manager serves as a primary owner of relationships with critical operating partners in China, navigating cultural and technical differences to ensure services operate reliably while maintaining compliance. Candidates must possess expertise in cloud or internet services, backend data flows, and infrastructure. What we're looking for
8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in cloud or internet services.
4+ years of formal people management experience leading and developing senior technical teams.
4+ years of experience translating legal, regulatory, compliance, or data governance requirements into technical specifications and engineering roadmaps.
Demonstrated technical competence evaluating service architectures, backend data flows, or cloud infrastructure.
Proven track record managing and negotiating complex technical, operational, or business relationships with external strategic partners.
Demonstrated excellence communicating with and influencing senior leadership across multiple departments to drive high-stakes decisions.
Experience leading technical compliance initiatives or having experience with China internet/data regulations (preferred).
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical technical leadership experience (preferred).
