Senior ServiceNow Developer, Amazon Leo Enterprise Technology joins the Production Operations team to manage the configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves overseeing Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules while designing custom workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements. The developer will build and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules to drive process automation and enhance service delivery. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, training end-users, and creating reports and dashboards for performance tracking. The role requires proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and AngularJS frameworks, along with experience in SOAP, REST, and JSON API integrations. This position focuses on the technical infrastructure supporting the Leo low Earth orbit satellite broadband network to ensure reliable connectivity for diverse global users.
Maintain and optimize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.
Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet specific business requirements.
Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations with third-party tools.
Develop and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules using JavaScript and Glide.
Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize platform efficiency.
Build and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights on performance and compliance.
Define and apply standards for engineering, testing, and operational excellence best practices.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.
Experience implementing new modules using best practices.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and AngularJS frameworks.
Experience with API integrations including SOAP, REST, and JSON.
5+ years of experience developing end-to-end analytics solutions, including system configuration, model building, data security, and reporting (preferred).
Experience in enterprise IT as a vendor or consultant, or managing technical programs (preferred).
