As a Senior Security Engineer, you will join the Information Security team to shape the security posture of critical infrastructure and applications with a specific focus on AI/ML systems. You will conduct hands-on security assessments of ML pipelines, agentic systems, and LLM-based applications while developing repeatable methodologies for evaluating emerging technologies. Your daily responsibilities include performing threat modeling, defining security requirements, and creating automation to shift security left in the development lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally to identify vulnerabilities like prompt injection, data leakage, and supply chain risks. The role requires expertise in cloud-native applications, vector databases, and agentic protocols such as MCP or A2A. You will serve as a strategic partner to engineering teams, providing consulting and evangelizing security best practices across the entire AI/ML stack to ensure robust protection for complex distributed systems.

What we're looking for
Experience conducting security assessments of complex distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and large-scale infrastructure.
Experience developing security requirements, threat models, or risk assessments for new and emerging technologies.
Experience applying industry leading security best practices to AI/ML solutions.
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including model training pipelines, inference services, vector databases, agentic systems, and LLM-based applications.
Understanding of common AI/ML security risks such as prompt injection, insecure tool use, data leakage, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Security, or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
