Senior SDET, AI Detection and Response

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end validation of AIDR services across cloud-side backend and UI layers.
• Build and maintain AIDR-specific test tooling, frameworks, and shared infrastructure.
• Define and execute testing strategies for functional, performance, contract, and chaos engineering.
• Verify high-volume data processing and customer-facing application layers for reliability at scale.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure security, testability, and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and improve system observability and monitoring.
• Increase automated test coverage across both backend services and UI applications.
• Mentor team members on testing methodologies, secure coding practices, and quality engineering.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience as an SDET or Backend/UI Developer.
• 3+ years building testing frameworks and tooling for a Cloud SaaS product or similar SOA.
• Experience contributing to or defining testing strategy at a team or organizational level.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to identify design flaws, race conditions, and performance bottlenecks in distributed architectures.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Golang, Python, or Java.
• Experience with cloud distributed systems (Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or OCI).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
