What you'll do

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Financial Services Cloud.
  • Architect scalable solutions for wealth management, relationship management, and financial account servicing.
  • Develop and review code using LWC, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Design and implement integrations with external and enterprise systems using established Salesforce patterns.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and best practices.
  • Mentor development teams on complex implementations and remove technical roadblocks.
  • Define and govern the FSC data model, security, and sharing approach for compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Wealth Management.
  • Hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, Flows, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Proven experience designing scalable solutions for wealth management, client/advisor experience, relationship management, and financial account servicing.
  • Solid understanding of the FSC data model, security, sharing, integration, and enterprise architecture best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and guide development teams on complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong banking or financial services domain experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
