Senior Salesforce AI Developer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce Agents that leverage live CRM data for sales and operations teams.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration patterns using Agent Fabric, including handoffs, context passing, and fallback logic.
• Develop custom MCP Servers using Data 360 and Headless 360 to expose actions to external AI clients.
• Implement observability practices including trace logging, security testing, and Einstein Trust Layer guardrails.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, Platform Events, and custom connectors.
• Convert business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for agent-driven solutions.
• Provide platform support and onboarding for AI client users to address technical issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, verifiable by transcripts, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience architecting and developing full-stack solutions on Salesforce’s ecosystem.
• Practical knowledge of multi-agent orchestration including agent chaining, context windowing, delegation, and conflict resolution across Agent Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with general MCP or equivalent experience and API integrations including REST APIs and OAuth/PKCE.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting services or MCP servers.
• Strong working knowledge of Headless 360 and Data 360 for exposing Salesforce actions and data as headless services.
• Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, and security architecture.
• Salesforce.com certifications such as Agentforce Specialist or Data 360 Consultant (highly valued).
