  • 5+ years of experience mentoring or managing a small team of recruiters focused on time-sensitive pipelines.
  • Proven ability to manage a large team of direct reports effectively.
  • Strong partnership skills across various business stakeholders.
  • Experience building a talent acquisition function from the ground up (preferred).
  • Deep understanding and alignment with company culture and mission.
