What you'll do

Lead a team to define, prioritize, and execute improvement actions for Mission Readiness.
Organize and run the Management Operating System (MOS) to monitor key performance indicators.
Manage process definition, improvement, and enabling systems/tools for Mission Readiness.
Coordinate with Finance to refine the economics of Mission Readiness services and manage cost allocation.
Oversee programmatic labor charging compliance and ensure internal MOS prioritizes recruiting efforts.
Develop inputs for annual business forecasting activities to enable growth and efficiencies.
Serve as a key leadership team member, coordinating cross-functional strategy and responsibilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelors degree in engineering or business with technical emphasis required.
10+ years of professional experience in operations, process improvement, project management, business analysis, systems, engineering, or finance.
Minimum two years of direct management experience overseeing at least five employees.
Experience maturing processes and operations from prototype to repeatable volume or automation preferred.
Prior work with complex technical products, such as durable assets with embedded software, is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to lead team development and build organizational capacity.
Six Sigma and/or Lean training and application experience preferred.
