What you'll do

• Designs and tests new electromechanical medical devices for manufacturability.
• Troubleshoots design and production issues using statistical analysis methods.
• Maintains accurate technical records and produces clear documentation for projects.
• Ensures traceability of project decisions through detailed documentation practices.
• Balances multiple assignments, monitors milestones, and communicates project status.
• Coordinates with external manufacturers to oversee component manufacturing quality.

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of experience in designing and testing electromechanical medical devices.
• Leads design, development, and refinement of new products through adherence to design control processes.
• Conducts tests for six sigma manufacturability and simulates manufacturing processes to identify issues.
• Troubleshoots technical problems using statistical analysis methods (ANOVA, Monte Carlo simulations).
• Maintains accurate technical records and produces clear documentation for efficient knowledge transfer.
• Ensures project traceability by documenting design rationale, assumptions, and revision history thoroughly.
• Coordinates with external personnel and manufacturers to oversee component manufacturing processes globally.
