What you'll do

  • Completes risk analysis for complaint investigations, CAPA, and other quality initiatives.
  • Analyzes performance data and process control statistics to identify potential issues.
  • Supports review of quality documentation during regulatory body audits.
  • Develops mathematical models to identify units or processes requiring further analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM field and at least 4 years of technical experience, or advanced degree with 2 years.
  • Experience in medical device or software development, particularly in a regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using statistical techniques and reliability tools.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for complaint investigations and system performance improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, including structured methods and tool application.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence others towards shared goals.
