What you'll do

Develop and manage the execution of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
Coordinate QMS software implementation across Anduril’s manufacturing sites.
Partner with teams to prepare new processes, digital tools, and sites for QMS compliance.
Create an internal QMS roadmap to scale quality processes as the company grows.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the QMS framework.

What we're looking for

Expert knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in complex product environments.
Experience with QMS software solutions such as Net Inspect, Siemens, SAP, ETQ, One Factory, MasterControl, Compliance Quest, Hexagon, PTC, QT9.
Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, reporting tools, and basic data visualization.
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
Proven track record of implementing and succeeding with QMS systems.
Demonstrated project management skills for software system implementation and supplier onboarding.
