What you'll do

Develop program plans and conduct Product Development Process assessments.
Implement quality requirements, track compliance, and drive closure of non-conformances.
Conduct root cause investigations and coordinate corrective actions to prevent failures.
Support engineering with development of Standard Operating Procedures for testing.
Participate in Material Review Board activities and manage Earned Value Control Accounts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent years of experience.
Demonstrated understanding of AS9100 Quality Management Systems and IPC standards.
Experience in product development, design for manufacturing, and transition to production.
Proficiency with inspection/measuring/testing equipment and calibration techniques.
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
Experience with root cause investigation and corrective action using 8D, 5-Why, FMEA tools.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, industry standards, and GD&T.
