What you'll do

Manage implementation and execution of program quality requirements throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with contract quality requirements by reviewing contracts and flowing down requirements to teams.
Establish and maintain Quality Program Team business rhythm, including scheduling assessments and audits.
Develop and document Quality Assurance Plans, ensuring they are current and implemented effectively.
Engage in product failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions to meet reliability standards.
Evaluate quality systems for deficiencies and implement necessary corrections to improve performance.
Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers on quality issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or Master’s degree
5+ years of quality experience in test or production environments
Proficiency with SAP or other discrepancy document databases
Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt certification or higher
Familiarity with FBM-related processes and audit procedures
Experience engaging with external government customers
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
