What you'll do

Reviews manufacturing processes documentation to ensure quality product delivery.
Analyzes quality data on failures, yields, rework, scrap, and non-conformance aging.
Participates in Material Review Boards for dispositioning non-conforming hardware.
Conducts assessments and audits to ensure compliance with ISO-9001/AS9100 standards.
Evaluates design assurance activities to prevent impacts on production quality and velocity.
Interfaces with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality-related issues.
Makes final decisions on product acceptability based on quality criteria.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM field related to engineering, quality assurance, or industrial technology.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Experience developing inspection methods, procedures, and work instructions for manufactured products.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical and electrical inspections.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis tools.
Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Experience in dispositioning non-conforming products and participating in Material Review Boards.
