Program Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage implementation and execution of program quality requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contract quality requirements by reviewing contracts and flowing down requirements to teams.
• Establish and maintain Quality Program Team business rhythm, including scheduling assessments and audits.
• Develop and document Quality Assurance Plans, ensuring they are current and implemented effectively.
• Engage in product failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions to meet reliability standards.
• Evaluate quality systems for deficiencies and implement necessary corrections to improve performance.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers on quality issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or Master’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of quality experience in manufacturing or engineering processes.
• Proficiency with SAP or other discrepancy document databases.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Familiarity with FBM-related discrepancy documents and audit processes.
• Experience engaging with external government customers and working in missile processing environments.
• Knowledge of T9001 standards and technical program management requirements.
