Senior Project Manager, Real Estate (18-month Contract)

What you'll do

• Own assigned projects from intake through commissioning and close-out.
• Manage project schedule, identifying and mitigating risks early.
• Control project budget at line-item level, tracking variances and managing change orders.
• Coordinate technical reviews with internal stakeholders for drawing packages.
• Lead commercial negotiations on fees, scope, and contract terms for consultants and contractors.
• Conduct site visits at key milestones to ensure quality and compliance.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial fit-out or hospitality environments.
• PMP certification required.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects from design through close-out.
• Strong contract administration skills with extensive negotiation experience.
• Ability to read and review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Excellent written communication for translating complex site issues into executive summaries.
• Experience in client-side project management representing the client's interests.
