What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience as a lawyer focusing on strategic tenant-side real estate leasing.
  • Mastery of commercial real estate lease agreements and negotiation strategies.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level legal advice to executive leadership.
  • In-house experience in high-growth technology, manufacturing, or defense companies.
  • Familiarity with land use, zoning regulations, and environmental laws for large-scale development.
  • Superior negotiation, drafting, and verbal communication skills.
