Senior Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and manage budgets for construction projects, from large greenfield to small capital improvements.
• Generate accurate cost estimates at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Assemble and lead project design teams including architects and consultants.
• Implement creative contracting structures to align incentives and reduce disputes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all construction-related matters.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• Experience with energetics and process gas pressure testing requirements and facilities.
• Excellent project management skills and extreme orderliness in document control.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for project coordination.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
