Senior Project Engineer, Manufacturing Development

What you'll do

• Introduce and socialize the MDP framework with cross-functional teams.
• Lead Manufacturing Engineering teams through MDP rollout for specific product lines.
• Track project progress, risks, and facilitate action item closure during MDP implementation.
• Create data visualization dashboards to highlight manufacturing readiness and risks.
• Facilitate phase gate evaluations and provide feedback on best practices.
• Champion Manufacturing Engineering initiatives across teams and sites for broad adoption.
• Build relationships with engineers, technicians, and program managers to understand needs.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness phases.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and disciplines.
• Experience executing operationally while also thinking strategically.
• Process thinking with a focus on business impact and continuous learning.
• Must be a U.S. citizen for eligibility.
• Deep knowledge of co-design, engineering, and manufacturing phases preferred.
