What you'll do

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for high-quality, efficient production.
Strategize and implement initiatives to significantly increase production capacity.
Design and deploy automation solutions to enhance quality and reduce cycle time.
Manage preventive maintenance procedures to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
Oversee the integration of new process equipment from specification to qualification.

What we're looking for

Degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical engineering or systems engineering.
5+ years of operations experience in process, industrial, manufacturing engineering or electromechanical hardware design.
Professional experience in high vacuum systems and cooled thermal imaging industry with Dewars and Coolers.
Proven track record of yield and process improvement, ideally with Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Experience leading new equipment integration and qualification initiatives.
