What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s degree with 10+ years in program management or related field
  • Profit & Loss experience with integrated program team leadership
  • Proposal leadership and strategic business development experience
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in high-pressure, matrix environments
  • Active DoW Secret Clearance and ability to obtain special access clearances
  • Experience in leading Department of War programs and fostering customer relationships
