What you'll do

Develop conversion and system implementation plans for new software features.
Implement newly created code and bug fixes into existing systems.
Provide programming support for various interfaces and troubleshoot existing code.
Test code and fixes to ensure high quality before deployment.
Develop custom programming code specifically for customer service orders.
Create comprehensive programming documentation including system and functional requirements.
Gather system requirements from customers and provide project work effort estimates.
Communicate technical updates, troubleshooting steps, and enhancements directly to customers.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 6 years of RPG programming experience on the iSeries or related IBM OS.
Must be able to travel at least 10% of the time for projects as needed.
Must be willing to work weekends and evening support as project responsibilities dictate.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science (preferred).
Experience with EFT and the financial services industry (preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Turnover Change Management system (preferred).
Excellent communication skills (preferred).
Experience with SQL (preferred).
