Senior Program Manager, Healthcare Business

What you'll do

• Drive execution of complex technology initiatives in partnership with Technology, Business, and Operations teams.
• Oversee Scrum events and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder team progress.
• Manage programs with budgets exceeding $10M consisting of one or more large projects.
• Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Track project lifecycles by monitoring plans, deadlines, and identifying issues requiring resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to ensure inter-dependent projects remain aligned.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly revised forecast activities while maintaining project budgets.
• Communicate project status and progress directly to senior leaders across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience leading program delivery efforts within large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years of experience applying software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, work management platforms, and budget management tools.
• Preferred certifications include Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
