As a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer, you will serve as the critical link between engineering design and supply chain execution for defense technology hardware. Working alongside design, manufacturing, and quality teams, you will influence product architecture early by conducting technical reviews, driving DFM/DFA, and aligning design intent with supplier capabilities. Your daily responsibilities include qualifying global suppliers based on process maturity, performing should-cost analyses to manage cost curves, and managing the transition from NPI into serial production through first-article inspections and yield ramps. You will utilize expertise in engineering drawings, schematics, CAD models, and GD&T to resolve manufacturing issues.
