What you'll do

Manage electrical BOMs, component risk assessments, and alternate sourcing paths across multiple product lines.
Identify and mitigate supply chain lead-time and sourcing risks for PCBA components.
Develop and scale electronics sourcing strategies to support full production requirements.
Select suppliers and manage the expansion of the approved supplier list.
Resolve technical inquiries with suppliers and consult with the design engineering team as needed.
Ensure all production electronics builds comply with AS9100 quality standards.
Manage the release and transmission of technical data packages within PLM and ERP systems.
Coordinate with internal procurement teams to streamline PCBA procurement processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical field.
8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics.
Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering at the component and product level.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance.
Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time for vendor on-site visits.
Experience sourcing printed circuit boards and subcomponents with familiarity in PCBA fabrication and assembly processes.
Familiarity with PCBA industry quality standards such as IPC and J-STD.
Experience developing high-tech products in a rapid, low-rate environment.
