What you'll do

  • Drive product improvement by implementing data collection and incident reporting processes.
  • Resolve ambiguities in product maturity, process stability, and field performance to ensure quality goals.
  • Facilitate Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities for addressing field and reliability issues.
  • Champion the transition from new product introduction (NPI) to sustainable production experiences.
  • Develop manufacturing requirements, quality standards, and plans for various component categories.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality roles in complex hardware environments.
  • Proven expertise in leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) for complex issues using tools like Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC.
  • Strong knowledge of product development methodologies including FMEA, V&V testing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and GD&T.
  • Experience creating and managing Program Quality Management Plans (QMP).
  • Analytical skills with data mining, metrics generation, issue management systems, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
