What you'll do

Drive product development and production for quad-copter drones by managing inspection and acceptance tests.
Define and lead the quality plan to ensure product maturity and process stability meet reliability goals.
Own Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) processes, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Material Review Board (MRB) activities, and inspection performance.
Support Government Source Inspections (GSI) and coordinate with DCMA for mandatory inspections and process evaluations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar STEM fields.
8+ years of experience in Drone systems, Camera/sensors, aeronautics/defense systems, or similar hardware.
Hands-on experience in system architecture and design review of precision mechanical, PCBA, harnessing, avionics, composites, propulsion systems.
Experience leading transition from engineering/design qualification to manufacturing/production verification and validation for product quality coverage.
Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
S/TS security clearance required.
