What you'll do

  • Own the product strategy and vision for the Disney Cruise Line PhotoPass technology ecosystem.

  • Translate business objectives and guest needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Manage the product roadmap, including annual operating plans, capital planning, and long-term scalability goals.
  • Drive the integration of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision into the product suite.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams to validate platform changes across shoreside and onboard environments.
  • Define success metrics to assess guest engagement, revenue impact, and operational performance of platform changes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams and Disney Cruise Line leadership to manage stakeholder expectations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in product management, technology delivery, or strategy development is required.
  • Proven experience managing cruise line-tailored products from concept to launch is required.
  • Demonstrated success with the software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.
  • Experience leading initiatives spanning multiple teams and functional areas is required.
  • Solid understanding of Disney Cruise Line onboard and shoreside technologies, including passenger services, financial systems, cloud data migration, and commerce platforms is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and experimentation for product decisions is required.
  • Proficiency in AI productivity workflow tools is required.
