What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a technical focus on digital software development.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products by identifying customer needs, creating visions, building roadmaps, and measuring success.
  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision making, and execution.
  • Proven ability to translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within an agile, collaborative environment.
  • Data and hypothesis-driven aptitude with the ability to balance business and technical thinking.
  • Ability to manage and update user-facing digital experiences using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience with consumer-facing services, hospitality, or technology industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and design principles (preferred).
