What you'll do

  • Monitor KPIs for Sponsored Product Ads to identify optimization opportunities and feature gaps.
  • Prioritize product roadmap balancing advertiser demand, scalability, customer experience, and technical feasibility.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurement plans for platform features and vendor integrations.
  • Establish ad quality standards, brand safety guidelines, and policy frameworks ensuring compliance with regulations.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of product management experience in ad tech or e-commerce platforms with expertise in sponsored products or search advertising.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including working with vendor platforms, APIs, and data feeds.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience working with ad operations teams on campaign setup, trafficking processes, and optimization workflows.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and understanding key performance metrics for advertising campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to various levels within an organization.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
