Senior Product Marketing Manager

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive understanding of key customer requirements in semiconductor markets.
• Conduct competitive SWOT analysis to inform marketing and product introduction strategies.
• Define product roadmaps that establish HMI’s competitive advantage clearly.
• Create marketing plans and materials including use cases, sales collateral, and market communication.
• Evaluate financial aspects of product developments, including budgets and ROI projections.
• Drive customer engagements and market penetration through strategic planning and execution.

What we're looking for

• At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 5 years of product marketing and management experience with expertise in lithography, metrology, and process control.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams for product development and market penetration.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies in the semiconductor capital equipment sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence organizational change.
• Ability to develop financial projections including budgets, ROI, and profit-and-loss analyses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
