*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Demo Engineering & Readiness

  • Own device and experience readiness by installing, configuring, and validating setups to ensure stability and smooth operation.
  • Drive reliability through hands-on troubleshooting, integration, and basic lab testing (including competitive benchmarking where applicable), resolving issues quickly and documenting fixes.

Event Execution

  • Own on-site reliability—ensure the experience runs as designed throughout the show by proactively monitoring performance and validating key flows.
  • Serve as the on-site DRI for issue triage and resolution—debug quickly, coordinate fixes/escalations, and keep presenters aligned on the approved talk track.

Content/Messaging & Documentation

  • Develop innovative concepts that showcase products and innovations in engaging, experiential ways (e.g., AI, connectivity scenarios, partner applications).
  • Create clear documentation (setup/installation, run-of-show steps, and talk tracks/talking points) to enable consistent delivery.
  • Train teammates to run the experience smoothly and communicate the key messages with confidence.

Cross-functional Program Management

  • Lead technical collaboration across engineering, marketing, business development, product management, and third-party partners, partnering closely with messaging owners to plan, build, and deliver live experiences.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, brand, and other internal teams to ensure on-site content and supporting assets adhere to applicable guidelines and approvals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience: 2+ years in engineering, program management, technical marketing, or marketing within the high-tech industry, including hands-on experience installing and debugging software on devices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent program management, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Effective relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative team environment and build alignment/consensus across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment.
