What you'll do

  • Evolve logs analytics capabilities in alignment with organizational and company strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for log collection, ingestion, and management.
  • Build features for modern SREs including GenAI integration and automated SLO/SLI tracking.
  • Develop intelligent alerting systems and correlate logs, metrics, and traces.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Design teams to improve application monitoring experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and competitive analysis.
  • Track user engagement and feedback to inform future product and feature evolution.

What we're looking for

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related area.
  • Technical experience in logs analytics.
  • Knowledge of the observability and/or performance monitoring domain.
  • Ability to convert abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions by working from the customer backwards.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed work environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI (preferred).
  • Export controls.
