Senior Product Manager, Identity

What you'll do

• Own the identity roadmap by prioritizing competing requests into short-term and long-term shipping goals.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to decline out-of-scope requests while maintaining professional relationships.
• Customize off-the-shelf identity tools into products that align with specific internal workflows.
• Lead flagship initiatives such as role-based access bundles to streamline onboarding and permissions.
• Manage the full rollout process including customer communication, change management, and user adoption.
• Analyze ticket data and customer feedback to identify and automate recurring operational pain points.
• Write product requirement documents, define success metrics, and report progress to leadership.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally on identity, access management, or security platform products.
• Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and its outcomes.
• Technical depth in identity, access management, and security subject matter to collaborate with engineers.
• Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.
• Product experience at an identity vendor or running workforce identity programs at a large or fast-growing company (preferred).
• Experience with internal platform products where adoption must be earned or mandated (preferred).
• Experience leading consolidation or standardization efforts across multiple engineering teams (preferred).
