The Senior Product Manager, Gold Growth joins the Gold Growth team to drive membership expansion for the premium Robinhood Gold subscription. You must have 4+ years of product management experience.

You must have a track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context such as acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics.
You must possess strong product judgment and the ability to make trade-offs under ambiguity.
You must be analytically fluent and able to partner with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, and impact measurement.
You must be a self-starter capable of executing independently and taking a problem from idea to shipped product with minimal guidance.
Comfort digging into the data yourself is a plus (preferred).
