What you'll do

Serve as the primary point of contact for marquee accounts in aerospace, robotics, autonomy, and healthcare.
Drive new design wins and expand product adoption into multi-year, high-volume business opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end long-life board program including supply agreements, inventory planning, and EOL transitions.
Negotiate commercial terms such as custom pricing, volume discounts, and extended supply agreements with finance and operations.
Translate technical GPU milestones into high-value business cases for senior executives and partners.
Collect client feedback to influence the engineering roadmap and prioritize features like ARM support and power-saving.
Analyze the competitive landscape to improve the value proposition of the embedded portfolio.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaborations with engineering, sales, and manufacturing partners to drive new product introductions.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in engineering or equivalent experience.
Over 12 years of experience leading advanced hardware and software platforms.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and increase revenue and account growth.
An MBA or equivalent experience blending technical depth with business insight (preferred).
Experience with product lifecycle management, including EOL, last-time-buys, and long-life supply planning (preferred).
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Readiness to travel at least 25% of the time.
