Senior Product Manager, Controls & AI Transformation, Trusts & Estates, VP

What you'll do

• Set the product vision and strategy for AI transformation within Trusts & Estates Controls.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize delivery plans based on business goals and regulatory obligations.
• Lead discovery to define user journeys, problem statements, use-case intake, and success metrics.
• Embed governance workflows, audit trails, and data handling requirements into product designs.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and observable AI capabilities.
• Execute delivery using agile practices including epics, user stories, and release planning.
• Champion responsible AI adoption through monitoring loops and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Drive user adoption through training, communications, and continuous improvement based on usage data.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience owning complex platforms and workflows end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience in a controls-heavy banking environment such as Risk & Controls, Compliance, Audit, or Operational Risk.
• Proven track record delivering AI, automation, or analytics products in production with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of regulated process design including documentation standards, audit readiness, approvals, and evidence capture.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills including value sizing, prioritization frameworks, and KPI/OKR design.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, fiduciary, trust administration, or estates domains (preferred).
• Experience with operating model design including intake-to-scale, control gates, support models, and training (preferred).
