What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in product management, technical product delivery, or software engineering.

Deep domain expertise in developer tools, client libraries, database drivers, ORMs/ODMs, or application framework integrations.
Strong technical fluency in at least one major programming language and familiarity with how developers construct applications using drivers or ORMs.
Demonstrated ability to make sound product and roadmap decisions under ambiguity using incomplete signals.
Track record of building actionable business cases, including adoption modeling and financial justification for new product capabilities.
Proven capability to spot delivery, technical, and operational risks early across complex cross-team dependencies.
Excellent oral, written, and customer-facing presentation skills with experience managing high-stakes enterprise customer and developer community conversations.
