What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product delivery, or software engineering.
  • Experience owning complex, business-critical products such as SDKs, developer tools, APIs, or client-facing libraries.
  • Deep domain expertise in developer tools, client libraries, database drivers, ORMs/ODMs, or application framework integrations.
  • Strong technical fluency in at least one major programming language and familiarity with how developers build applications using drivers or frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to make product and roadmap decisions under ambiguity using incomplete signals like usage telemetry and community sentiment.
  • Proven track record of building actionable business cases including adoption modeling and financial justification for new capabilities.
  • Ability to identify technical, enablement, and operational risks across complex cross-team dependencies.
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills to communicate with senior stakeholders and manage high-stakes enterprise customer conversations.
