What you'll do

Set the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for AI Factory SDN open-source projects.
Guide upstream development for OVN, OVS, and OVN-Kubernetes by identifying and aligning key features.
Define requirements and priorities while making technical trade-off calls to keep the roadmap shippable.
Resolve key product and architecture decisions in coordination with engineering partners.
Map dependencies across internal DPU, fabric, and virtualization teams to flag risks and clear the critical path.
Translate needs from NCP operators and ISVs into roadmap items and ready reference deployments.
Represent product work and progress to the open-source community and internal leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in technical product management grounded in networking.
Expertise in SDN, data center networking, or cloud network infrastructure.
Depth in network fundamentals including overlays/underlays, VRF, VxLAN, BGP/EVPN, ACLs, NAT, routing, and load balancing.
Familiarity with OVN/OVS and mapping logical networking to hardware-offloaded data planes on DPUs or SmartNICs.
Comfort with Kubernetes networking delivery, including the CNI model, CRDs, and pod/VM networking provisioning.
Track record of crafting multi-quarter product vision and shipping networking or infrastructure products with engineering teams.
Experience with open-source communities, cloud service providers, or platform partners.
