What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field, plus 10 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree, plus 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in software architecture, leadership, and development (preferred).
Demonstrated success leading the software development life cycle (preferred).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to secure buy-in and meet customer requirements (preferred).
Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation (preferred).
